How to Make Instant Trays

(Use these instant trays until your custom-fit trays arrive.) Locate the two boil and bite temporary trays provided. Make sure
you do only one tray at a time. Boil a pot of water and remove it from the stove. Let water cool for one minute.
WARNING: DO NOT PLACE FINGERS OR HAND INTO THE HOT WATER. Hold the first tray vertically by its handle and dip into
the hot water. Submerge total arch of tray, keeping tray submerged until it begins to distort slightly and become
clear. AVOID holding tray in the hot water until the walls of the tray wilt together. You do not want the walls to
stick together.
Remove tray from the water and lightly shake any excess water from its surface. Test temperature of tray
with your finger, to make sure it is not too hot for your mouth. Place the tray into your mouth, simultaneously
pressing it against the front of your upper teeth with your fingers and the back of your teeth with your tongue.
Suck all the air out of it. Let it cool in position. Your tray should now be molded to your teeth.
Repeat the same process for your lower teeth, using the second temporary tray. You will only need to conduct the boil and
bite procedure once for each tray, not each time you whiten your teeth. Using a pair of scissors trim off the
holding tab of the boil and bite tray. Follow the whitening instructions.
If you do not succes the first time, you might be able to attempt to reform the trays, however, if you are unable to do so, you can purchase more
instant trays here.

Step 1
Review the various teeth whitening packages available and choose the Pro
White Teeth Whitening System that is best for you and we'll immediately ship it to you.
Step 2
When you receive your kit, carefully review the instructions before beginning. The process is extremely simple
and easy to use.
Step 3
If you ordered a custom kit, (Platinum, Titanium, or Diamond) taking
your own impressions is fairly easy. After reviewing the instructions, simply take out 1 set of the white and 1 set
of the blue impression material (putty).
Step 4
Mix the two pieces of putty together for 45
seconds to get one solid color (blue).
Step 5
After the putty turns to one solid color,
simply roll it and shape it like a finger and pick-up one of the impression trays.
Step 6
Put the finger shaped putty into the tray, making sure to cover all parts of the
tray.
Step 7
Take the tray and place it over the center of your upper teeth. Push
the tray over your teeth. Hold for 4 minutes then remove. Repeat all steps for lower teeth. That's It! Send your
impressions back to our dental lab using the envelope that came with your kit and we will fabricate your custom
fitted bleaching trays!
