Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed and shipped within approximately 2-5 business days of ordering. We utilize The United States Postal Service for all shipments. Once we receive your impressions we will log them into the lab. Please allow our dental technicians 1-5 business days to get your custom fitted trays fabricated and put back into the mail. They will then be delivered to the address which you have provided on your information card. Please note that the lab operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 4:00 EST, with the exceptions of a few holidays. Free 3-way shipping applies to Pro White Teeth Titanium kits, within the United States. This includes 2 Systems for 1 and the Family 4 Pack. All domestic kits will include a self-addressed, stamped envelope to return the impressions to the lab. The lab will return the custom teeth whitening trays upon completion. Gel orders will have applicable shipping rates applied, unless ordered through a special offer.

Free International shipping will be applied to Titanium kits only, although the customer must pay for sending in the impressions. Other Tinternational orders will have applicable rates applied to the order for shipping. The self-addressed envelope to return the impressions to the lab will be included with the system however it will not be prepaid. The lab will then return the custom teeth whitening trays free of charge to international customers.
